Investor Relations/Business Development Administrative Assistant

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Investor Relations/Business Development Administrative Assistant to join our team.


Position Overview: We are seeking an Administrative Assistant with 2-6 years of experience in the financial services industry, focusing on supporting Investor Relations and Business Development functions. The role requires proficiency in CRM systems (Customer Relationship Management) and Workday, along with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain CRM databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date investor and client information.
  • Provide administrative support to senior management and executives as needed, including managing correspondence and scheduling, calendar management and travel arrangements
  • Support Investor Relations activities by coordinating investor meetings, preparing meeting materials, and managing follow-up actions.
  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of investor communications, such as quarterly reports, newsletters, and announcements.
  • Utilize Workday for administrative tasks related to investor onboarding, transactions, and compliance.
  • Conduct research and compile data to support business development initiatives and market intelligence efforts.
  • Assist in organizing events and conferences, including logistics coordination and attendee management.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • 2-6 years of experience in administrative roles within the financial services industry, preferably supporting Investor Relations or Business Development.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Workday is essential.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality of work.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
