Administrative Assistant
LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring an Administrative Assistant for an education organization in Bethesda. This is a direct hire, on-site opportunity with a great team and is responsible wide variety of executive support, office coordination, project and administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Provide calendar management and travel coordination for firm leadership
- Provide support other members of the division leadership and attend all Division meetings and maintain division meeting notes
- Manage administrative responsibilities for the office including office supplies and equipment, serving as a liaison to vendors, managing mail and telephone calls, maintaining equipment and overall office coordination
- Greet visitors to the office and be the front facing representative
- Coordinate meetings including catering, AV, reservations, and itineraries
- Plan and coordinate events and outings for the organization
- Support preparation of budgets and office materials
- Manage division calendar and track records and information in database
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- 2-5+ years of relevant administrative experience
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
