LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring an Administrative Assistant for an education organization in Bethesda. This is a direct hire, on-site opportunity with a great team and is responsible wide variety of executive support, office coordination, project and administrative tasks.


Responsibilities:


  • Provide calendar management and travel coordination for firm leadership
  • Provide support other members of the division leadership and attend all Division meetings and maintain division meeting notes
  • Manage administrative responsibilities for the office including office supplies and equipment, serving as a liaison to vendors, managing mail and telephone calls, maintaining equipment and overall office coordination
  • Greet visitors to the office and be the front facing representative
  • Coordinate meetings including catering, AV, reservations, and itineraries
  • Plan and coordinate events and outings for the organization
  • Support preparation of budgets and office materials
  • Manage division calendar and track records and information in database


Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2-5+ years of relevant administrative experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
