Juice Generation seeks an enthusiastic and quick-thinking Administrative Assistant to join our team. You will support our Customer Service and Human Resources teams. The ideal candidate is a friendly, self-motivated person with good judgment who can collaborate and contribute to a fast-paced environment. Note that this is a full-time in-office position.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service: Maintains and resolves client issues and inquiries through email and phone. This includes Juice Generation customer service and 3rd party review platforms.
Human Resources: Supports the HR team with administrative tasks such as reference checks and employee daily check-ins.
Office Support: Maintains office inventory for supplies and beverages by placing orders and restocking. Helps organize office events and lunches.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Excellent organizational/administrative skills and attention to detail.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Fluent in written and spoken English
Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Speaking Spanish is a Plus!
