• Review and plan roofing projects including creating a project plan that focuses on Safety and OTD (On Time Delivery).
• Estimate roofing projects by providing bids that encompass the requested scope of work and offer accurate labor numbers, ensuring profitability.
• Maintain continuous communication with both current and upcoming projects to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction are consistently met.
• Manage project timelines and facilitate effective communication with the Commercial Team to ensure comprehensive awareness and alignment among all team members.
• Demonstrated ability to allocate resources efficiently, including labor, equipment, and materials, to guarantee timely completion of projects.
• Ability to implement and enforce OSHA-compliant safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for all workers and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet when faced with unforeseen anomalies during roofing projects.
• Monitor and manage project expenses meticulously to ensure adherence to budget, implementing cost-saving processes when available.
