Admin Assistant / Receptionist Contractor

Aequor Princeton, NJ

Role: Administrative Assistant and Front Desk Receptionist

Duration: 12 month+ contract

Schedule: Monday - Friday ( Day shift) on site.

Required Experience:

5+ years of Administrative / Reception experience

Strong Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Education: High school degree

Responsibilities :

  • Administrative support for Finance/Procurement/IT
  • Reconciling invoices for UPS and WBMason
  • Processing contracts for new vendors
  • Answering phones
  • Receiving packages
  • Distributing mail
  • Access badge requests to BXP
  • Business card requests for new employees, newly promoted and re-orders
  • Updating employee phone list
  • Updating the warden fire list with removing or adding Princeton employees
  • Ad hoc projects as needed
  • Should be proactive, a self- starter, and focused
