The Senior Vice President of Acquisitions to join a newly created Close End Multi Family Fund. The Senior Vice President of Acquisitions will lead in the execution of the firm’s investment strategy and will be an important team member with the opportunity to become a partner. The ideal candidate will have extensive multifamily acquisitions experience in sourcing, evaluating, underwriting, and acquiring multifamily assets. PWC's Multifamily Fund is initially focused on select markets that include Arizona, California, Colorado, Idaho, Texas, Tennessee, Utah, and Washington.
15+ years of proven multifamily acquisitions experience that would include sourcing, evaluating, underwriting, and executing multifamily transactions.
Multifamily market expertise in US with more than $500M in transaction experience
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, or similar field. Master’s degree in complimentary discipline or M.B.A. preferred.
