Accounts Receivable Specialist

Accounting Now has partnered with a growing property management company in search of a AP clerk to join their team on a contract to hire basis. The ideal candidate will be a fast learner, computer savvy and able to multi-task. Someone who has recent Accounts Payable experience will be successful in this role.

Day to day duties; not limited to

• Creating new vendors in system
• Retrieving W9's from vendors
• Researching AP dept. emails
• Downloading invoices from vendor websites
• Setting up auto payments
