The Account Executive will support the Account Supervisor and team in managing DTC advertising campaigns for a healthcare client specializing in an oncology treatment. Ideal candidates will have 2-3+ years of experience in marketing, including TV/video, print, digital, CRM, and social media with a proven track record of maintaining client relationships. Pharmaceutical/healthcare marketing experience is desired.



This role is best suited for individuals who are self-motivated, passionate, strategic, curious, detail-oriented and a team player. Working on a pharma launch account requires the ability and willingness to wear many hats with the benefit of playing a critical role in growing a business and supporting an often-overlooked patient population.



Duties & Responsibilities

  • Will manage a wide range of projects including but not limited to digital, social, CRM, and production (print, video, still photography) in conjunction with Account Supervisor
  • Will serve as a primary point of contact for internal stakeholders (and clients, when necessary) for day-to-day needs and communication
  • Consult with creative, strategy/planning, production and account management to communicate client objectives and to develop alternative strategic solutions
  • Develop schedules for client projects in conjunction with members of other departments and ensure that deadlines are met
  • Own and manage the medical, regulatory and legal submission process through Veeva including submission preparation, uploading, referencing and annotating in conjunction with the Submission Specialist and ensuring required changes and resubmissions are completed for approvals
  • Keep relevant agency personnel informed of client requests and changes
  • Review all strategic and creative work prior to submitting to the client for review and approval
  • Coordinate with the internal departments (creative, digital, production) and external agency partners to ensure all media deadlines and flighting schedules are accurate, up to date, and strategically aligned across campaigns
  • Managing client and internal billing process including estimating, tracking POs, tracking actuals vs. estimated costs, and ensuring client invoices are submitted and paid in a timely manner
  • Present to internal and client audiences, as appropriate
  • Responsible for managing, updating, and distributing client-facing status documents, and collaborating with the project managers to ensure internal-facing status documents and hotsheets are accurate and up to date
  • Responsible for capturing notes and sending recaps after all internal and client meetings, as necessary
  • Participate and support new business assignments, as needed

Working Conditions

  • Professional office work environment
  • Hybrid work schedule with 3 mandatory in-office days
  • Must be able to work overtime, as required



Salary

Range $60K-$70K
