Opportunity Summary:

We are looking for an experienced seller to lead our efforts with an award-winning solution that helps professional service organizations and internal delivery groups track and allocate resources while optimizing revenue. It’s a pivotal role that matches your skills of highly focused account-based selling with industry and internal team leadership. Your measures of success will be flawless execution of sales campaigns to build and execute a long and short-term sales cycle. It’s an ideal role for an experienced enterprise seller who wants to become a leader in a highly supportive team.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage complete and complex sales cycles through forecasting, account resource allocation, account strategy, and territory planning.
  • Develop solution proposals encompassing all aspects of the application(s)
  • Negotiate pricing and commercial terms to close the sale!
  • Work closely with the Solutions Consultant to provide presentations, demonstrations, or general information about the products.
  • Identify projected financial and business benefits that will be delivered to prospects through implementing products. Contribute to creating business cases and ROI (Return on Investment) content.
  • Participate in weekly forecasting meetings and in-depth deal reviews led by the Sales Leaders.
  • Demonstrate leadership within a matrix organization.

Requirements:

  • Experienced and comfortable in a matrix organization
  • Significant, demonstratable experience with full-cycle enterprise sales.
  • Direct quota carrying software (SaaS) and professional services sales experience within the senior levels or target private sector organizations.
  • Experience selling within consulting and professional services teams of enterprise technology companies.
  • Experience managing the sales cycle by building relationships through business champion to the C-level.
  • Expert communicator, with well-developed skills in listening, building rapport, presenting, and writing. Skills should include a demonstratable ability to tell a story with PowerPoint.
  • Well-organized and focused on results, motivated and works without constant supervision.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Periodic travel may be required.
  • Solid computer skills, and modern CRM/sales enablement software proficiency.

Desired Skills:

  • Experience with prevalent ERP or Financial Software (Dynamics 365, Sage Intacct, Workday, NetSuite, etc.)
  • Formal Sales Methodology training/certification
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and Microsoft partner channels
