Account Executive
Description
We’re looking for an Account Executive who can apply themselves with passion and who has an appetite to learn and be inquisitive. You will be helping to ensure the success of high-profile marketing and branding projects through a variety of tactical and project management endeavors. You are a team-player who works towards the common goals and purpose of our agency and client business.
Required Experience
2-3+ years account, traffic and/or project management experience, must include branding/advertising experience.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT
Bachelor's Degree in a related field (Marketing/Advertising, Business, etc.) preferred or equivalent course / work experience
Knowledge Requirements
Tactical execution capabilities at all project levels; Strategic thinking capabilities at all account levels; Experience working with and managing internal and external partner networks; Microsoft 365 (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Google Suite (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets); General business knowledge; Financial management skills; Presentation building and presenting; Project/Task Management Software (Kantata).
KEY DUTIES
Support the client relationship, efficiently and accurately supporting all project requests.
Provide tactical thinking and responsiveness across all client project segments.
Coordinate creative revisions and approvals between clients and creative teams, updating and revising creative schedules as needed.
Facilitate and organize regular internal status calls; Populate and distribute weekly status reports.
Learning about the clients’ industry and business activities to suggest more personalized solutions.
Assist in preparing project plans and timelines.
Assist in writing detailed reports for the client and the agency within 24 hours of calls/meetings.
Support the client portfolio team with strong organization skills ensuring that all team admin is managed effectively.
Assist in creative development process by coordinating activities of creative, production and client; provides feedback for revisions as needed.
Support quality assurance, version control and proofreading processes using internal management tools.
Other duties as directed by Management.

Internal planning and coordination of all assigned activities to achieve a successful outcome.
Management of internal meetings and organizational tasks.
Overseeing the day-to-day progress of all assigned projects.
Assisting with project production and traffic responsibilities
Management of all internal account-based projects.
Salary Range
$50,000-$70,000 per year
