✅ Responsibilities:
As a Mid-Market Account Executive, you will develop and manage a sales pipeline from outbound activities and tradeshows, overseeing the entire sales process from lead generation to account closure.
Maintain extensive market and competitor knowledge to establish credibility prospects
Showcase, demo, and promote their financial wellness solutions, actively working close to new business
Drive Mid-Market sales and target customers across various verticals
Build and sustain a pipeline that supports your quota and company goals
Work closely with leadership to develop the overall sales strategy within your territory
✅ Qualifications:
2-5+ years of relevant experience
Experience selling Human Capital Management solutions and/or working in the EWA and payment space
Proven experience closing new business deals with organizations employing between 1,000-5,000
Strong sales, presentation, negotiation, and organizational skills
