Account Enrollment Specialist - PP Trust

The Account Enrollment Specialist – PP Trust is responsible for overseeing new account establishment, quality control, internal audit, general account and client maintenance, and evaluating efficiency initiatives. Act as a knowledge resource for all clients and team members for accounts processing throughout the client onboarding process. This is primarily a processing role but will require direct contact with clients to solve issues and provide assistance. Additionally, the role requires close work with the Retail Sales team and Client Onboarding Specialist to facilitate a smooth transition from the initial sales conversation through the account opening, funding and first investment process. Works with the team and with leadership to identify client pain points in the enrollment and maintenance processes. Handles work of routine nature.

Responsibilities

  • Process and review incoming applications (both web-based and paper) ensuring complete information (freshly dated signatures, etc.) while performing error-free data entry.
  • Assist with ongoing client and account maintenance requests including, but not limited to: legal name change, beneficiary designations, DOB/SSN updates and general maintenance of client accounts.
  • Respond to interdepartmental service requests and work with other teams to solve complex account issues.
  • Assist in routing work through the systems to members of the Transfers In and investment review team.
  • Operate as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to new clients throughout the account establishment process up to and including hand-off to the Client Onboarding Specialist.
  • Operate as point of contact for all account and client maintenance requests and questions.
  • Demonstrate wisdom with regards to process adherence, and ensuring timeliness when identifying and reporting potential risks. Act as a champion of change and process enhancement advocate.
  • Relay information regarding service gaps to leadership.
  • Strive to provide excellent customer service to our clientele and proactively engage directly with clients to obtain missing data and gather client information.
  • protecting our clients’ information by following the regulation of the Gramm-Leach[1]Bliley Act. Knowledge of IRS rules associated with retirement accounts including going over forms 1099-R or 5498 with our clients.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • 0-1-year experience in a highly detailed processing position required.
  • Working knowledge of trust accounting systems, IRAs, and Alternative Assets is required.
  • CISP preferred.
  • SDIP preferred.

A reasonable, good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum base salary or pay for this position is $19.28 to $28.92. Actual compensation will vary based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. A discretionary bonus and/or business line incentive may be provided, in addition to a medical and other benefits, dependent on the position.
