Our client is a leading kids' accessories company who is seeking an account executive to join their team!


Account Executive Overview:

As a Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing and developing client relationships, driving sales, and ensuring client satisfaction. You will serve as the primary point of contact between our brand and our clients, which may include retailers, department stores, boutiques, off-price, or e-commerce platforms.


Account Executive Responsibilities:

· Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs, and providing exceptional customer service

· Identify and pursue new business opportunities by actively prospecting and engaging potential clients

· Present product lines and collections to clients, showcasing their unique features and benefits

· Negotiate and finalize sales agreements, ensuring that terms and conditions are favorable for both the company and client

· Create and manage seasonal plans including initial market budgets and monthly reorder budgets

· Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and identify areas for growth and improvement

· Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, client feedback, and market insights to management

· Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments

· Run market appointments including preparing and merchandising showroom, presenting, and selling quarterly during NY Market

· Resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients in a timely and professional manner



Account Executive Requirements:


· Account Executive experience in kids accessories

· Excellent communication and people skills

· Deep understanding of reporting and sales analysis

· Excellent communication and people skills

· Ability to multitask, prioritize, market trends, and consumer preferences

· Attention to detail

· Well-organized and reliable

· Works well in a fast –paced environment
