Commercial Sales A&D based in the Dallas or Fort Worth Area

Are you a highly motivated and detail-oriented sales professional who currently resides in the DFW area and has experience calling on Architectural Firms, Flooring Contractors, and Interior Designers. Well then, we want to speak with you.

Karndean Designflooring Commercial Business Group is looking to hire a Commercial Business Manager to be based in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. This position is the next step for Karndean Designflooring. Karndean Designflooring is a leading global manufacturer and supplier of home and commercial luxury vinyl tile (LVT) flooring. Its US-based business is headquartered in Pittsburgh, with additional showrooms and distribution centers in Las Vegas and Fort Worth.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Responsible for all sales activities from lead generation to sales closure through a framework of both specified and unspecified projects. Identify the top commercial-based architectural firms, flooring contractors and commercial interior designers.

Track commercial projects from specification through completion. Prospect for projects utilizing the latest spec software to build a growing pipeline while maintaining accurate information in the Karndean Designflooring CRM system.

Expected to lead and collaborate product initiatives and promotions that lead to sales growth and market share gain. Provide monthly sales forecast.

Ability to gather customer, market and competitive intelligence and translate that into strategic plans, actions, opportunities, and forecasts.

Required Skills

3 plus years of commercial flooring sales experience calling on Flooring Contractors, A&D, Healthcare, and Education

BS/Interior Design or Business Degree a plus

Experience in growing an established territory.

Strong Organizational skill.
