CrowdDoing Pro Bono Coaching Collective Co-Leader/Leadership Team Member

Role Description: Join the leadership team of CrowdDoing's Pro Bono Coaching Collective as a Co-Leader/Leadership Team Member. This pivotal role is designed for passionate individuals committed to driving the growth and impact of our coaching initiative. As a member of the leadership team, you'll play a crucial part in shaping the direction of the Collective, ensuring its continued success and expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with other leadership team members to develop and implement strategic plans for the Coaching Collective's growth and improvement
  • Oversee and optimize coach-coachee communication processes
  • Contribute to planning and executing initiatives that enhance the Collective's impact and reach
  • Curate and expand coach categories to meet evolving needs
  • Conduct coach gap analysis and implement process improvements
  • Mentor and support coaches within the Collective
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices among coaches
  • Represent the Coaching Collective in interactions with external partners and stakeholders
  • Contribute to the development of coaching resources and materials
  • Participate in regular leadership team meetings and decision-making processes

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated leadership experience, preferably in coaching, mentoring, or related fields
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to think strategically and implement tactical solutions
  • Passion for social innovation and systemic change
  • Experience in volunteer management or working with diverse teams
  • Familiarity with various coaching methodologies and best practices
