Captivating a diverse audience with impactful presentations requires rigorous prior preparation. My top four tips for delivering good presentations are: 1- Understand your audience and tailor your content to their interests and needs. 2- Employ the 10/20/30 rule by Guy Kawasaki: use a maximum of 10 slides, keep your presentation under 20 minutes, and use a minimum font size of 30 points. This ensures clarity, conciseness, and engagement. 3- Tell a compelling story with a clear beginning, middle, and end. Use visuals and narratives to illustrate your points, making the content relatable and memorable. 4- Encourage engaging interaction, dynamically addressing the audience's questions and feedback.

Organizational psychologist and author Adam Grant advises not to hide criticism or use the "feedback sandwich." Instead, start with this sentence: "I'm giving you these comments because I have high expectations, and I believe you can meet them." He calls this his "favorite experiment." A 2013 Stanford study showed that students who heard this feedback were more open to change than others. It's crucial to express good intentions before giving feedback. You don't need to use those exact words. Just make sure the other person knows you aim to help, not criticize. I totally agree with this quote of his: "It's surprisingly easy to hear a hard truth when it comes from someone who believes in your potential and cares about your success."

Having frustrated and been frustrated by my bosses, I learned the following major lesson the hard way: When I am on the receiving end of directions, instructions, or feedback, I listen carefully. I ask follow-up questions when necessary. I paraphrase the key part(s) of the direction. I then draft a written summary of the mandate, along with a brief action plan in the form of short bullet points of how I will execute it. I then share it with my boss to get their approval before I begin. Update your boss about the progress of the project as it happens. I like to apply the iterative mindset of "agile project management methodology" to everything I do. I always solicit feedback, & I am always willing to adjust the course based on evidence.

1- Spend enough time crafting the best headline that reflects the essence of the content and triggers curiosity. It takes time, and it's worth it. 2- Headlines should never overpromise or mislead the audience. Avoid clickbait and sensational headlines. 3- Create a curiosity gap, but don't exploit it. Convey interesting information through the title, and provide more value in the content than just giving a one-word answer to provoke engagement. 4- Ensure the title is relatively short, and the key phrase is close to the beginning

Focus on high-quality, relevant links. Creating truly exceptional content is the best way to earn backlinks. This includes comprehensive guides, original research with unique data, and visually appealing infographics. Links from other websites tend to be attracted to content with significant value. In addition, you can earn backlinks and promote popular content using techniques such as the "Skyscraper Technique", whereby you take popular content, make it even better, and promote your improved version to earn backlinks. Above all, avoid link farms and schemes that promise artificially inflated backlinks. Your website's reputation with search engines can be severely damaged if you buy links or employ unnatural linking tactics.

As a soccer fan I really enjoy watching extended highlights of games. They don't just show goals but also all the exciting moments in the match.
