    Team leader assigned to develop a strategic plan to help Target better compete in the world of showrooming. Our presentation was selected out of over 30 teams to compete in the finals. I led my team in the presentation of our strategic recommendations to Target executives. This project simulated a real-world consulting assignment.

    I was the team leader of a group that worked with Waterfire Providence to conduct market research via an in depth survey analysis of consumers’ motivation to make donations to non-profit organizations. We analyzed the results and presented them to the head executives at Waterfire Providence. The goal of this project was to gain management experience through a service based learning project while simultaneously helping a non-profit to better understand their market and how to target consumers.
