DARPA’s transformational developments include, The Internet, Voice Recognition Technology, GPS navigation, Night vision, Robotic Prostheses, Stealth Technology. DARPA’s success proves there is an effective government model for translating science to product.
HARPA would employ DARPA’s operating principles, including:
