Reflecting on an Incredible Journey! It's hard to believe that it's been 5 years since I volunteered for early retirement from Verizon. What an incredible journey it has been since then! Each step has been filled with growth, learning, and invaluable experiences that have shaped me into the leader I am today. Over the past five years, I have had the privilege of nurturing my passion for customer experience and inspirational leadership: ·        Leading customer experience transformation at Volkswagen Financial Services, part of a global Fortune company, building a new Customer Advocacy organization and driving initiatives that put customers first. ·        Establishing a new end-to-end customer journey and contributing to the rapid scaling of a dynamic start-up, embracing innovation and agility. ·        Enhancing retail experiences, at the point of sale and onboarding, ensuring every customer began their service journey satisfied. ·        Championing a strong organizational culture by upholding a clear vision, core values, credo, and prioritizing employee well-being. Ensuring people know who you are, and what you stand for isn't just for people, its for companies too. Here at Verizon, we really did that today by reintroducing ourselves and all of the great work that we do. When I speak to groups of transition service members, former NFL players, or high school students - I want them to take way " I didn't know Verizon did that." It is a simple statement, but an amazing opportunity. With our work in ensuring network reliability in the 2000s, to helping innovate in the venue connectivity space in the mid 2010's, and to now with big goals of closing the digital divide we are changing how people think about our company.
