Program Manager of the DHS National Simulation Exercise Network (SIMNET) which seeks to establish and maintain a distributed national simulation-based exercise and operational assessment capability which will enable federal, state, tribal and local homeland security officials, incident managers and first responders to individually or collectively test and assess procedures, plans and operational concepts in simulated all-hazards exigencies. SIMNET was selected as a finalist for one of the Intergovernmental Solutions Awards, presented each year by the American Council Technology at its annual Management of Change Conference.
