JIRA was used for bug tracking and issue tracking. Confluence used to maintain requirement and design documents. Mr. Rashid reviewed requirements, validates them and send necessary queries to the business owners. Mr. Rashid performed the analysis of the database structures and SQL queries write test queries and also measure the query performance. He also acted as team leader to manage a team of two test engineers.
