What do you do if your clients are resistant to your problem-solving recommendations?
If we arrived at a point we're the client does not have confidence in our problem solving recommendations it's best to bring in a new voice with a different perspective. Have the client walk through the problems and impact in their own words with the new team member. The new team member should ask probing questions, but not leading and they should repeat the problem statement and empathize with the challenges. Then, begin reviewing various approaches with pros and cons. Move forward from there.
