    Winning competition entry. 200,000 sf; $138,000,000; 12-story steel-frame structure, precast concrete panel cladding. The new School of Medicine for the Virginia Commonwealth University comprises a medical education and research complex with teaching spaces, simulation and clinical skills, research, a 250-seat auditorium, student interaction areas, public spaces and a bridge to an adjacent hospital. Held integral role from competition through construction, led team as BIM pilot project for PCF.
