“I worked with Prafull for more than 2 years. He was my Manager for around 1.5 years. He is technically sound and is always enthusiastic in learning the latest technologies. He is good at designing the solutions. As a Manager he has a patient ear to listen to his teammates thoughts and ideas. His communication skills and analytical skills are his greatest strengths. Any client would definitely like the way he manages his work and without any doubt they would appreciate his skills after working with him.”

How do you learn from cloud project failures?
Failing cloud projects may be a sign that the organization is not ready yet. Many times "the cloud" gets thrust upon the teams by the leadership, who get easily swayed by sleek sales teams at cloud platform vendors. So, it may be a blessing in disguise. Stay out of the cloud, keep everything in-house, and automate all the server administration tasks. Look at the recent example of 37signals moving things back from the cloud into on-prem. GDGs are local groups of developers who are specifically interested in Google products and APIs. Each local group is called a GDG chapter and can host a variety of technical activities for developers - from just a few people getting together to watch latest videos, to large gatherings with demos and tech talks, to hackathons.
Google Developers supports and recognizes GDG chapters, but doesn’t own or manage them.
