⬆️[Collaboration between UX Designer and Frontend Developer] = ⬆️[Clarity and More User-Centered Output.] A wise man once said, "The relationship between a UX designer and a frontend developer needs to be like a PET period with students and not like a math period with students." Do you know who the heck that wise man is? No doubt at all !! It's me 😂 🫵 Hey, You Front-End Developer.! Don't come in between designer work and say to the team that you can do design changes. You may know Figma.! But you don't even know the depth of UI principles; let the designers do their work and get back to you. [and] 🫵and You Designer, You may know some CSS properties, like how to write and change the px to vw but you still don't know deep inside. Give them kind suggestions that will not degrade their work and raise hate. Okay, more good collaboration; both of them had the best output they could generate that great output. You know, but in general, it's completely different in some places, The developers will have a full grudge against designers who give a lot of complex designs without some design guidelines that developers can understand, and on the other side, designers have a grudge against them as they keep on asking for changes for some reason. But in some places, they really understand each other, and this created a work culture that makes it easier to create crazy websites, you know, which CRED did!! It's ok, fine! Not everyone deserves to be in CRED or 69 other companies that have good bonding with each other [including me], but still!! You can make a good collaboration team with these mantras. 👽 [🔑] Key Collaboration Mantras: 1️⃣ Understand them.! Don't degrade them. 2️⃣ Tell your thought process first so that they can open up next. 3️⃣ Respect their job and skills. 4️⃣ I don't think you can do both, so please do your work. 5️⃣ Don't bich; give back and support each other.
