Minimize Lead Loss with SMPS Fractional Sales Support In healthcare sales, high turnover among sales personnel is a common yet costly issue. Did you know that up to 43% of leads can be lost when there's no one to nurture them, and this loss can soar to 67% if a salesperson leaves mid-process? Enter Fractional Sales Support. This solution bridges the gap during personnel transitions, ensuring that every lead is continuously nurtured, which can reduce lead loss dramatically—from as high as 43% down to just 20-25%. The Key Benefits of Fractional or Short Term Support: Continuity: Keeps the sales process on track despite staffing changes. Cost-Efficiency: More affordable than the high costs associated with turnover. Expertise: Provides immediate access to experienced sales professionals. Flexibility: Easily scale your sales force according to current needs without long-term commitments. Why It Matters: Implementing fractional sales support not only stabilizes your sales strategy but can also lead to increased efficiency and growth, even in competitive markets. Are you ready to protect your leads from the fallout of sales team turnover? Consider integrating SMPS fractional sales support and see the difference it makes! Go to www.sherrainmyles.com to schedule a conversation around how fractional sales support could be the answer for your organization. #HealthcareSales #SalesSupport #BusinessGrowth #LeadManagement #FractionalSalesSupport

Great insight here that sheds some light on how the OCR actually enforces HIPAA (Spoiler...their goal is compliance over penalties!!) A few other points 👉 Proactive, ongoing and most importantly DOCUMENTED efforts will demonstrate you are making a good faith effort to comply 👉 Responding to an investigation is extremely time-consuming when you don't have a system in place which takes time, energy and resources away from the business 👉 Having the proper policies, procedures and other documents available to present in a clear fashion can help avoid penalties and other required actions

When choosing a PEO, it's not enough to balance costs and services—culture and values matter too. When Jake Kloberdanz, CEO of ONEHOPE Wine, talks about Insperity's HR support, he says there is a match in values that makes the partnership a success. He describes the partnership using words like "hope, unity, empowerment, and authenticity." If the heart of your mission beats through your people, you'll find that partnering with #Insperity is an incredibly rewarding experience, as our values align with supporting and uplifting the heart of every business – its people. #PEO #Growth #TalentManagement #InsperityClient #HRThatMakesADifference https://lnkd.in/gTF5sMG6

According to WTW's Global Medical Trends Survey, the cost of medical care benefits in the U.S. is projected to increase about 8.9% in 2024. "Understanding the potential impact of health care costs is crucial for CFOs, especially those with self-funded plans," said Sunit Patel, senior partner and chief health actuary at Mercer. "To address this challenge, HR and benefits professionals should proactively collaborate with their CFO and finance department colleagues. As investment decisions are more closely scrutinized, budgets get tighter, and health costs increase, it's imperative that CFOs have the right metrics in place to monitor the performance of these benefits to ensure they are meeting the needs of employees while not breaking the bank." If you are currently evaluating your medical budget, I'd love to chat about my unique division of ADP and how we might be able to help reduce this cost on your p&L! Kristen.Ward@adp.com

Non-competes are now a non-issue, and it's about time! "Non-competes are a widespread and often exploitative practice imposing contractual conditions that prevent workers from taking a new job or starting a new business. Non-competes often force workers to either stay in a job they want to leave or bear other significant harms and costs, such as being forced to switch to a lower-paying field, being forced to relocate, being forced to leave the workforce altogether, or being forced to defend against expensive litigation."

The FTC ruling is expected to bring positive changes, with higher earnings for workers and lower healthcare costs. The average worker is estimated to earn an additional $524 per year, and healthcare costs are expected to decrease by up to $194 billion over the next decade. How do you plan to find, attract, and retain quality workers in light of this decision? Do you have a workforce that will be impacted? Share your thoughts and ideas about the impact of this ruling on your organization.
