“Keith has everything you want in a manager and leader. On top of his strong ability to drive value through his intelligence and work ethic, he has all the human qualities that make up a great leader. He gives his reports the latitude they need to grow and showcase themselves, but is always there to support when needed. He works well with business partners of all types as he has zero ego and is always looking to do the right thing, which everyone recognizes. Most importantly, he truly cares about his people - you can tell he loves helping the people he works with whether that's by helping them through an operational challenge or by giving them honest and sound career advice.
