I recently witnessed a HORRIBLE customer experience at a lingerie boutique Do NOT do this ‼️ Customer discreetly shopping the raunchy collection (Lots of lace, zips, pvc…) Not your typical everyday essential bra (this is important to consider with this interaction) The customer couldn’t find her size on display so she asks for help Store associate comes BOUNCING over and says “Oooooo who’s the lucky man” 🫣 Customer awkwardly laughs it off She asks for a size Associate “I wish I was that size” 🫣 THEN associate shouts across the floor to a person stood behind the till “Kelly do you know if we have a 34EE in this” The customer was mortified! Rightly so There must have been at least 5 shoppers who all looked over They didn’t have the size and so the associate pulls out a few other options And finishes with an absolute corker of a line “Here try these ones they’ll get your man’s blood pumping” 🫣 …and the customer says something like “can you please stop saying this. It’s inappropriate and besides, I’m bisexual which is also not your concern” SO AWKWARD ‼️ SO UNPROFESSIONAL ‼️ And not what I expected from this brand 👀 Who is training this team!? How do they convert customers!?
