What are some of the common brand marketing challenges and how do you overcome them?
The challenge with impact, is that most C-Suite want to see immediate metrics. While brand impact and CLV is vital, we also look to measure in three areas on a more immediate basis: 1. Awareness - measured through things like recall and reach. 2. Conversion - measured through things like sentiment and actions within signature moments. 3. Satisfaction - (this will like mean you and your product + service teams will need to collaborate) measured through things like attrition and advocacy.

What are the top branding and identity design services for rebranding an established company?
Your website can be the biggest proof point of your brand - but to do that you need to think about the following: 1. Role of the Website: How does your website contribute to your business goals? It should both represent your brand and provide value to customers and business. 2. User Experience (UX): Is your website's user experience aligned with what your brand has promised? Make structure and functionality fulfill the commitments you've made to your users. 3. Growth and Adaptability: Is your website built to evolve with changing user expectations and technology? Ensure you have a strong foundation that supports continuous improvements and a flexible system that enables you to stay fresh and relevant in the ever-evolving digital world.
