    I served on the board of our condo association. Among many accomplishments over the span of a few years, my fellow board members and I helped turn a development that was bleeding cash to being well "in the black," made numerous aesthetic improvements and brought a sense of discipline and community to our residents. Once we sold our condo, my 2nd term ended.
