Multi-frequency GPS Signal Tracking Algorithm Design
A project for my thesis research. A software multi-frequency GPS receiver tracking module is implemented based on C++.
Combined tracking algorithm is applied to improve the performance under ionosphere scintillation environment. Doppler are feedback between the tracking channels of different frequencies, for helping maintain the phase tracking loops locked during signal outages.

Matrix Operation Based Viterbi Decoder Design
This project involves a part of my thesis research. A high-speed Viterbi decoder is necessary in modernized navigation message decoding module for software receiver. The project implemented a efficient decoder based on Matrix Operation.
The matrix-operation based algorithm have been proposed and studied by former researchers but haven't applied in navigation message decoding. This project implemented it in a C++ based software GNSS receiver.

Real-time Audio Signal Processing through DSK6713
An course work project in class Real-time DSP. Aimed at the implementation of a real-time multifunctional audio signal processor on a firmware board.
Developed acoustic echo and noise cancellation using TI-DSK6713 with C and assembly language.

Darwin's Tree, a zoology theme educational game for people of all age range, now published in Google Play Store. The latest version is 1.0.2. You can feel the amazing process of animal evolution from a bacteria to human beings in this application.
This project takes about 1 month from initial java code work to interface design and testing. Few challenges we met includes: 1, memory management in virtual device; 2, comprehensive game logic implementation; 3, animation designing in the…Darwin's Tree, a zoology theme educational game for people of all age range, now published in Google Play Store. This project takes about 1 month from initial java code work to interface design and testing. Few challenges we met includes: 1, memory management in virtual device; 2, comprehensive game logic implementation; 3, animation designing in the "survival" game mode. We also spent time dealing with problems like refactoring and UI re-constructing which should be avoided in later development.
The game has generally 2 parts to play. In the "evo" mode, you can make your animals evolve from one to another. The evolution paths strictly follow informations given in Wikipedia and other serious zoology reference, so you could feel the best about how animals evolve in the real history of earth. The other mode, called "survival", allows you to team your current species your have got and battle with enemies. This part tells the truth that it's hard for animals to survive in the various environment.
