What is the best way to handle objections during lead qualification for your product?
Active listening is critical to the sales process. Ask who the decision makers are and their roles to be certain you understand their objections and how your solution will meet their needs. Often, the service levels provided, rather than product attributes, are the POD to win the deal. Be present, responsive, add value that carries a negligible cost to your company. These build sustainable relationships that will serve well in renewals, upsells and during strife.
