    Migration of JPM Commercial Card Clients from the Legacy PaymentNet and ProCard Platforms to the new PaymentNet 4 and SmartData Gen 2 platforms. Nearly 1,500 of its clients needed to be transitioned from three older systems to a new, single platform.     Migration of JPM Commercial Card Clients from the Legacy PaymentNet and ProCard Platforms to the new PaymentNet 4 and SmartData Gen 2 platforms. Nearly 1,500 of its clients needed to be transitioned from three older systems to a new, single platform. The project presented the financial institution—one of the world’s biggest—with a number of challenges. The migration would be large in size and scope. It would also be complex. The affected clients were part of the company’s growing commercial card business line, which provides customized services unique to each client.
    The Migrations Operations Kforce team is responsible for all client-facing activities related to the migration to PaymentNet 4. More than 90 Kforce consultants are currently onsite for the migration and will be until the end of 2013.

    Kforce is providing in-person training at HCSC’s facilities for as many authors as HCSC would like to include. Kforce will use its proprietary Tableau Desktop Healthcare Training modules to educate HCSC’s resources in the use of Tableau Desktop.
    In addition, Kforce will provide skill evaluation matrices to HCSC so that managers and individual contributors can determine the proper sequence of training for each person.
    Kforce’s training modules all use its proprietary Hospital Readmissions Data, with exercises designed to address real-world questions that industry executives ask of their business.

The toolset will automate and enhance the firm’s ability to maintain controls over sensitive client data. Kforce Integration Managers will be responsible for working with a number of internal and external technology teams to procure and enhance end-user Identify and systems access details to be loaded in a central repository, collaborating, documentation, tracking, escalation and resolution of issues and action items that do not have explicit owners and managing the overall scope of large system integration efforts (data migrations related to the Strategic Entitlements and Automated Access Procurement).

    • Business: The Implementation Manager (IM) team is the Client’s primary point of contact for the migration and is responsible for working with the Client’s Program Administrators to ensure the overall migration is executed smoothly.
    • Technical: The Technical Consultant (TC) team is the Client’s primary technical contact and works with the Client’s IT team to ensure the Client’s existing interface files and reports are rebuilt or replaced with standard files as a part of the migration. The TC works with the Client to ensure their requirements are documented and then works with JPMorgan’s internal IT team to who actually develops the associated files/reports. To ensure quality, Kforce Migrations Operations will also have a dedicated UAT Team who will test the files/reports to ensure they are correct before go-live.
