His eCommerce background, strategic thinking, and a whatever it takes attitude allowed us to launch an outstanding website within very aggressive timelines. Members within Elkay met Brad during this project and he shifted over to our company wide ERP initiative as a project manager. The change from eCommerce to ERP is not trivial but Brad was able to make this transition quickly and gain the trust of key members on the project.
