    Women of Color in Pharma was started on March 26, 2015 when a handful of Black and Latina women who work in different pharmaceutical companies met at the home of Charlotte Jones-Burton for a "Let's Talk: Sister to Sister Reception." Since that time a core team has formed to develop the framework for the organization. In November 2017, the 501c6 non-profit organization formally launched at its first conference themed "Get Inspired! Be Empowered!".

    VISION: To enable the transformation…
