Before I graduated from USF (CETA Training) I got this job by punching 10,000 keystorkes on the keypunch machine. After working as a Data Entry Operator for a while, they wanted to promote me to programming but I need to go to South Carolina. I took Data Processing class at CCSF and move to Delta Dental as Data Entry and got my promotion there to be a COBOL Programmer.

Consolidated AT&T invoices with Pacific Telephone by using COBOL, CICS, DB2.
This Project is top priroty to Pacific Bell and I'm one of the team member to get the work done.
Managed the Conversion Project.

Worked on the conversion of the Mt. Zion Hospital Tape for the data conversion to UCSF Hospital Format.
Worked on the Financial and School Systems using PL/I, COBOL and TELON.
Participated on the Software Evaluation to acquire TELON and received training on it.

Worked on the development of the Express Mail Management Systems using FTP, COBOL, CICS, DB2 and CASE Tool - KnowledgeWare.
This system will optimize the delivery of the Express Mail for USPS.

While I was in the Intro to COBOL Class, I worked on an extra credit project for calculate Payroll and got my extra credit - A+ in the Class. The teacher highly recommended me to work as a COBOL Programmer. I was chosen among the 20 applicants for that position and got my promotion there.
I worked on COBOL batch programming and IMS database and my manager trained me on doing the worked. I produced Financial and Medical Report using COBOL Report Writer and batch JCL COBOL programming.

Converted Great American Bank Retirement Accounts to Wells Fargo.
Maintained CICS to support the Conversion Processes.
This include the 401K and IRA Conversion Projects.

Worked on the Harper Inventory Control System using COBOL/IMS.
Acted as DBA to do DBDGEN and PSBGEN schema and subschema generation and managed CICS Tables during her maternity leave and ended up as DBA.
She did not return to work after maternity leave and I volunteer to take over the position.

Used TELON to develop Inventory Control System for Levi Straus.
Worked with QA to set up test data to test the systems.

I worked with Doctors, Nurses, Engineers to produce Reports for them as a Business Analyst.
I wrote the Specs and developed the programs in COBOL Report Writer and CICS/IMS.
Involved in Software Evaluation to select the Code Generator for Kaiser Financial System.
Worked as volunteer in the warehouse during the strike.
As a volunteer to CPR aid and certified with Red Cross from Kaiser Permanente.

Worked on the Freight Opitmization Systems Project using CICS, COBOL, DB2 and KnowledgeWare.
QA the entire System.

Siebel was acquired by Oracle. I worked as a Performance Engineer to tune the applications before we released to customers. I graduated from Siebel University and SAP University and Oracle University to work on that Project. Consolidated Siebel and SAP to set up interface for exchanging data using BAPI.
Worked with IBM, Microsoft and Oracle to set up Performance Workbench and Resolved Optimizer issues.

I started my consultant career at Rand Information Systems working as Programmer/Analyst on the Mckesson On-line CICS System and PEMEX ( Petrolio Mexicano ) - Everything is in Spanish.

Worked on the As-Is, To-Be and Gap Analysis for HR/Payroll Module.
Manage the Project and worked with QA to set up test cases after the System is being convert using Batch run.
Wrote ABAP/4 programs to convert COBOL to BAPI.

Worked as Application Consultant to monitor and tune SAP Applications, Operating Systems and Database and Memory Allocations. Tackle any bottleneck found by turning the INIT.ORA parameters and Expensive SQL Statements. Received Berliz Deutch Training from Stanford University by SAP.

Then wrote the CICS programs, test and implemented the systems.
