Here's how you can maintain productivity in lead generation teams while working remotely.
Most of us talk about work-life balance as if it's easy to achieve. It isn't. In fact, it reminds me of weight loss. Both are health-related, require discipline, and need to be incorporated into a daily routine. Achieving work-life balance requires employees to understand their physical and mental limits and to develop a PLAN to achieve balance. However, it also requires companies to prioritize this balance by incentivizing employees to uphold and enforce a culture that values both work and rest. When I was CEO, I ensured that there was no PTO rollover to the next year. That's what a leader of a team does to maintain a balance between work and play among their team. Work is supposed to be a spiritual experience not a punishment. Worship!

Here's how you can navigate potential biases when applying logical reasoning to lead generation.
One thing I have found helpful is understanding the role culture and traditions play in our interpretation of biases. Being originally Ugandan and now an American, I had to sometimes explain my viewpoint so that my workmates would appreciate my versions of why I came to the conclusions I came to. A good example was how I managed conflict resolution when my subordinates disagreed. Eventually they came to appreciate how my culture handles conflict especially within a work environment. So understanding someones culture and origins can be very helpful when dealing with biases.

The Difference between being Accomplished and Exceptional
Huffington Post
What builds an exceptional individual? You don't have to be famous to be exceptional. Indeed, exceptional beings can come from the humblest of beginnings. Once they find their purpose, they devote their passion and resources to attaining their goals. During that process they become exceptional! -
In Grand Command of the Titanic...are you?
Huffington Post
Many of us have at one point in time been in grand command of the axiomatic Titanic in our lives. In other words, we had constructed a stealth vehicle to realize our dreams, which ended up calamitously to our chagrin for the world of friends to admire as the ultimate failure.

Success Is the Progeny of Failure
Huffington Post
So many times we all run into the brick wall of failure and this serves as a stumbling block that usurps our energy towards our purpose in life. I argue differently that Failure is a necessary evil in perfecting your success. Without failure, success is untested and tends to crumble in the face of extraordinary odds, trials and tribulations. A focused individual who encounters failure as they travel into the joyous arms of success, uses failure to develop the important traits of determination…

I argue differently that Failure is a necessary evil in perfecting your success. Without failure, success is untested and tends to crumble in the face of extraordinary odds, trials and tribulations. A focused individual who encounters failure as they travel into the joyous arms of success, uses failure to develop the important traits of determination, gumption, a continued interest in learning to improve, a sharpened justification of purpose and most importantly, failure does help us come up with true solutions that in so many instances can save lives.

A Passion Driven Life With a Purpose
http://www.huffingtonpost.com/derreck-kayongo/global-soap-project_b_2238121.html
We all need to define our purpose in life and all the activities we need to put in place to arrive at the goals of our purpose in life. But its important to find a relentless passion for our purpose. Without passion the journey of purpose is unconvincing to all who want to join you and support you.
The Passion Driven life with a purpose looks at the fact that the two aren't mutually exclusive.

CNN recognizes individuals every year who are giving of themselves to the noble cause of improving the state of the human condition globally. One such noble cause is the Global Soap Project which was started by Derreck Kayongo a former refugee from Uganda to Kenya.
Derreck is a social entrepreneur who started a recycling organization that takes partially used bars of soap from hotels and makes them into brand new soap which he then gives to the poor around the world. Refugees, shelters, natural disaster victims and many more vulnerable populations. So far Global Soap Project has given away over 600,000 bars of soap in just two and half years of existence. -
