“Dan and I were colleagues for several years at Intel where we worked together in the dry etch department. Dan was a valuable team member who among his duties took a leading role with the module’s automation setup. Dan was supporting older technology when he and others were moved into the latest technology at Intel's Ocotillo Campus. I had a hand in training Dan and getting him caught up on the new module and technology changes where Dan absorbed the information like a sponge. With Dan on the team the module never had a human error caused excursion reflecting on his and his team’s attention to details on the module ownership. Dan was active in the daily ownership tasks driving safety, quality, and yield improvements. Dan was the team lead for the Wafer Handling Segment Team where he drove module ownership to minimize and to strive to eliminate any wafer handling scrap events. He also worked as a module representative for various segment task forces serving to drive down factory defect. Dan worked well as a team player within the module. I would highly recommend him for his computer science, engineering, and his problem troubleshooting skills.”
