“Cynthia is one of the most effective executives I've worked with in my long career in the Valley. Why is she so effective? She sees the big picture and thinks long-term about what is right for the business. She is able to consume and analyze disparate data from various sources and make sense of it. She is a story teller which makes her POV approachable and easy to understand and support. She connects with people and builds trust quickly and easily which makes her a master collaborator across any organization. And she is one of the smartest people I know. Sheer horsepower is unparalleled which enables her to see an opportunity, understand the dynamics and enlist and drive an entire organization to a successful outcome. I sure do miss working with Cynthia and would recommend her any time, any where. Beyond that, I hope I get the opportunity to work with her again in the future.”
