Decompression of existing lab by relocating the blood bank and expanding chemistry. The existing blood bank will be expanded to enlarge the lab. New casework for the chemistry department, relocate equipment into expanded chemistry lab. Remodel break room, offices, storage room and relocate to allow for relocation of blood bank.
