Formed in 1990, the Partnership exists to strengthen Downtown Phoenix development and to encourage an environment of activity, energy and vitality. The Partnership was created under Arizona State Statute 48-575 as an Enhanced Municipal Services District, commonly referred to as a Business Improvement District. Assessments are controlled by the City of Phoenix, who has chosen to contract with the Downtown Phoenix Partnership for the provision of these services. DPP is guided by a volunteer board of directors representing a cross-section of downtown stakeholders, including property owners, tenants, merchants, cultural and nonprofit organizations, city and county management, and elected officials. Founded in 2009 by retired Supreme Court Justice Sandra Day O’Connor, the mission of the Sandra Day O’Connor Institute is to continue her distinguished legacy and lifetime work to advance civil discourse, civic engagement and civics education. The O'Connor Institute's vision is to create a nation where important policy decisions affecting our future are made through a process of critical analysis of facts and informed participation of all citizens.

The Association of Science-Technology Centers (ASTC) is a global organization providing collective voice, professional support, and programming opportunities for science centers, museums, and related institutions, whose innovative approaches to science learning inspire people of all ages about the wonders and the meaning of science in their lives. Through strategic alliances and global partnerships, ASTC strives to increase awareness of the valuable contributions its members make to their communities and the field of informal STEM learning.

Founded in 1973, ASTC now represents over 600 members in nearly 50 countries, including not only science centers and museums, but also nature centers, aquariums, planetariums, zoos, botanical gardens, and natural history and children’s museums, as well as companies, consultants, and other organizations that share an interest in informal science education. The Theodore Roosevelt Presidential Library Foundation is a non-profit organization that is planning, building, and overseeing operations of the Theodore Roosevelt Presidential Library. The Presidential Library Foundation board of trustees includes local and nationwide leaders who contribute time, resources, organizational skills, and vision while overseeing accountability for the Theodore Roosevelt Presidential Library.

Helios Education Foundation exists to support postsecondary attainment for low-income and under-represented communities in Arizona and Florida.
