Through assessing current trends, opportunities, and community needs specifically centered on the City's commercial areas/corridors, the end result will be a broad, vibrant Economic Development Strategy with detailed goals and tactics that will serve to lead the City of Lancaster through the next decade.

I have also created documents such as business plans, launch schedules, company letterhead, and operations manuals. Additionally, I have created blogs and websites using WordPress, WooCommerce, and other resources.

    Businesses I have helped over the years include: a web-based platform, a dance school, two security companies (one focused on events, the other on retail), and an upcoming family-oriented music production facility. I also created and formed an Investment Club in the early 90's, including recruiting members, forming a legal structure, and identifying leadership.
