How can you customize HR policies for different teams or departments?
In my experience, HR Policies are tge common base set of principles that are common to an organization and these serve as the foundation to build HR Practices which can be customized. Customizing a policy negates the common framework that the organization has to live for. As long as the practice holds the spirit pf the policy it can and should be adapted to comply with legislation, local market, etc.
