    Bobby Frederick was employed in my company as the Lead Programmer/System Architect & VP IT/IS since 1995. Bobby is the best of the many Programmers that helped build various aspects of our large data, document image, and communications system.

    Bobby displayed, on a daily basis, an incredible talent for understanding and integrating sophisticated applications. Often, ‘experts’ were brought in to provide specialized skills, and all too often I found them questioning Bobby for guidance to actually make it work. Each area of program development required specialized knowledge and skills; many applications were cutting edge, which required learning new development tools while producing components that absolutely had to work in our live environment.

    I believe the average Programmer can follow a blue print, and he will eventually produce something. Then there are those Programmers who have a gift for creation, those that can understand your business needs, and produce technological efficiencies that raise your entire business competitiveness, Bobby is the latter category of Programmer.

    My working relationship with Bobby concluded due to positive changes in my company (sold to Equifax/ChoicePoint), absolutely no fault of his own. I wish Bobby well in his future endeavors, and I am sure that any employer of his will take great benefit by hiring this exceptional craftsman.
