I had chronic constipation for many years. Today, I can say that constipation doesn't bother me much. So, I am happy to say I am living constipation-free. This book is a result of my journey and my experiments with trying to live healthy without suffering.

I wrote this book for three reasons:
    1. The patient feels a shame to talk and share about the constipation problem. I used to feel that way. There is no shame in sharing and asking for help to solve the problem. I encourage patients to open up and build a community to solve the problem.
    2. Reactive medical intervention is not enough to prevent and heal the disease. It requires lifestyle changes and many more things. I couldn't find the guide that helped me stop the disease. I experimented with many things, and I stumbled upon the framework to live constipation-free. I want to share my learnings with all the patients.
    3. Medical intervention is expensive. I believe that treating health is not only about physical health but also about financial health. Most things that worked for me didn't cost much money except for my time and discipline. Actions that are free or low-cost can work as much as expensive interventions.

I hope that book will inspire other patients to take charge of their health and prevent the disease.
