“I was fortunate to work with Antoinette at UC Berkeley where she led Suitcase Clinic, one of the most effective student organizations at the university. Even then Antoinette's talent and commitment was clear; coupled with her ability to identify gaps and innovate to close those she added new elements to the work of that organization. I still recall her skill at collaborating with her peers to craft a new, shared goal that added advocacy to the direct service that SC provided. Having kept in contact with Antoinette, I have observed how she has captured the fire which motivated her to serve as one of the most effective students leaders I worked with to her new graduate school and work contexts.
