Your team is struggling to communicate effectively. How can you help them improve?
You MUST be aware of nonverbal communication. Which includes tone of voice and body language. If you are not paying attention to nonverbal signals, you are simply not paying attention. Take the time to do some studying about body language, and make a commitment to be aware of it. Understand what certain tells mean based on the context of the conversation and the surroundings. You will become a much better co-worker, leader, and communicator.

How do you create and deliver engaging and impactful presentations online and offline?
USE YOUR SLIDES FOR SUPPORT, NOT CONTENT Too many people who are public speaking use their slides as content and read from what they have on the slide. A slide should simply be a prompt for you to make your point or tell your story. With just images or very few words. Know your slide presentation inside and out, what slide is coming up next, what you just finished a few slides previous, etc. Slides support your presentation, they are not the presentation itself.
