We had an amazing reception last Thursday night at Cafe Smood with Miami Life Center. Our South Florida team of Greg Nardi, Alexandra Ramirez, ERYT and board member Linsey Harris Smith led the festivities. A huge thank you to Mo's Bundt Cakes for providing amazing cakes and Garden of Life and Buddha Pants for providing amazing goody bags items! It was a fantastic start to the Miami Yoga Festival, and we were excited to have Joseph Armstrong and Kino MacGregor with us as well!
