Le 12 juin dernier, Xerxes Drummondville a célébré #1000jours sans accident enregistrable. 💪 Bien que ce résultat n’ait rien à voir avec la chance, je me considère extrêmement chanceux. Je suis chanceux comme gestionnaire ! Oui, J’ai la chance de travailler avec une équipe dévouée, impliquée, qui embrasse la culture SST que notre organisation bâtie jour après jour. La priorité pour nous tous est de repartir du travail dans un meilleur état qu’à notre arrivée et d’avoir été meilleur et plus sécuritaire que la veille. Nous faisons notre chance finalement !
