Last month our company came together for a special celebration marking the launch of our newly redefined company Purpose and Values. It was a beautiful morning filled with good food and fellowship as we unveiled our commitment to "Growing fresh vegetables, our team, and our business all for the Glory of God,” and our new values: Stewardship, Team, Safety, and Grit. We are excited for this new chapter! Together, we are not just growing vegetables but continuing to build on the foundation built by our grandparents and founders, on the principles of faith, hard work and a commitment to caring 💚

99 years ago today, Walter and Ernestine Rawl planted their first seed of cabbage in Gilbert, SC. That historic planting marked the beginning of something very special: the Walter P. Rawl Farm. Their love for each other and farming as a family is what continues to impact the company today. Now a leading year-round grower, processor, and shipper of leafy greens and mixed veggies, with over 700 hard-working team members, we have so much to be grateful for! 💚 Thank you ALL for your support. We look forward to many more years of growing! 🌱🥬

What an exciting morning viewing the new Publix Super Markets exhibit at EdVenture Children's Museum in Columbia, SC. Right next door you'll find the WP Rawl exhibit that will soon be undergoing some major renovation 👀 If you've never been, swing by for a hands-on, educational & imaginative experience 💚

Over the past week, some wonderful people and organizations put together a dental clinic for our guest workers at our farm in Bunnell, Florida. Thank you to Life Church for not only opening your doors to host the clinic but also supplying our team members with snacks and gift bags. Thank you to the team of oral surgeons, dentists, dental hygienists, and bilingual volunteers for taking the time to provide this service! Lastly, thank you to our WP Rawl Bunnell Chaplain, Mr. Rowbottom, for organizing, planning and helping execute such an impactful week. We are grateful for growing wonderful partnerships in the communities in which we operate. 💚
